Article 1. Applicability
1.1 These conditions apply to all offers and quotations by trojanhearts and all orders placed by you, "you" or "principal", in trojanhearts out and all agreements between the client and trojanhearts.
1.2 The applicability of any terms and conditions of the client, including purchase, is expressly excluded, except to the extent their applicability expressly accepted in writing by trojan hearts.

Article 2. Conclusion of contract
2.1 All offers made by trojanhearts and estimates, including those on the website are without engagement, unless otherwise indicated.
2.2 The agreement comes about the moment you receive the order affirmative of TrojanHearts by e-mail after you have placed an order by means of the Internet site.

Article 3. Prices
3.1 All prices quoted by trojanhearts and all amounts paid by trojanhearts to the client being charged are inclusive of VAT, in euros, unless stated otherwise (subject to interim changes and typos). If applicable, you can deduct VAT on the sales tax.
3.2 At orders an amount of € 5.95 to freight costs is charged.
3.3 Prices and quotes from trojanhearts exclude charges as allowed by your national legislation are such as copying charges (for example, the Foundation and Thuiskopie GEMA).
3.4 For orders with a total amount over € 100.00, no shipping costs will be charged.

Article 4. Supply and transportation
4.1 Delivery is made ex-works condition.
The supply takes place `finished store'. This means that goods consider as (finished) provided the moment they are offered by TrojanHearts for transport to the constituent to TNT posts or DHL Express and possible other official carrier.


4.2 Transport of goods to the client shall in all cases on behalf of the client by TNT or DHL Express or another official carrier and is at all times in the name of the client. This may be the client in his country as an importer is seen, for example in the sense of copying the national legislation, and that land taxes owed.

4.3 Delivery of orders to Trinidat Suriname and the Caribbean will be shipped once a month unless otherwise agreed.


Article 5. Payment
Payment occurs by Payal, Mastercard, Visa, iDEAL, payment in advance (by banking transfer or internetbanking). For paypal payment we have been unfortunately obliged charge 4% to charge costs.

iDEAL is a joint initiative of Rabobank, SNS Regio Bank, Fortis, ABN AMRO Bank, Friesland Bank, ASN Bank and ING Bank. IDEAL allows online purchases safely and easily settled in the familiar online banking from their own bank. Internet Banker managers can start using iDEAL, without them having to login. After each payment with iDEAL, a confirmation can be printed. Also within Internet banking and bank statements, any payment with iDEAL visible. With iDEAL is free of charge.
Credit cards: In the shop of Trojanhearts can also be paid by Mastercard and Visa. This is done through an SSL secure server, which sends the data encrypted. The data is immediately verified with the credit card company, which approves payment after a few seconds. All data, including credit card number, is protected by SSL. This is a strong form of encryption, which prevents malicious use of the data. The credit issue is also not stored and only used once for payment of the order.

Prepay by banking transfer or Internet banking, "Prepayment" means that the client, after entering the order, firstly pays the order amount himself into the account of TrojanHearts. This is possible for example by means of internet banking. Prepay is safe and no additional reimbursement costs involved.
Especially for customers from the Netherlands TrojanHearts has opened an account at the Rabobank Netherlands, the number 1579.54.641 for the benefit of TrojanHearts.
Important: In the payment description the customer number and the order number of the order must be always mentioned. As soon as the payment is received, this is confirmed by e-mail.
Pay to the postman : This is payment in cash upon delivery to the postman. COD are not delivered for security reasons in the weekend. If you are not home when the postman comes, you will receive a proof in your mailbox. With this proof (and identification) you can pick the package even two weeks at the post office. Even if you do not have exact change for the postman, you can pay the parcel in the mail office. There you can also use your PIN card checkout.

Article 6. Right of withdrawal, exchange and returns
6.1 You shall at all times be entitled to purchase, within 14 days after receiving the order, without giving a reason to undo/cancel. You can use the online customer request a return form that you can complete, print and return with the goods you send to:

 6.2 The goods must be in original unopened packaging. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the client. Unstamped returns will not be processed. After reception the purchase amount of goods will be paid back by handling to the constituent.
6.3 Goods can also be exchanged for other goods. This is the same as the return of goods. On the return form this may be indicated.

Article 7. Complaints and questions
7.1 For complaints and questions the customer may contact our customer service.
7.2 Complaints about the performance of the contract must be made within 14 days after receipt of the goods or, if the complaint does not relate to the goods themselves, within a reasonable time after the event on which the customer has a complaint has been committed, fully and clearly defined reported.
7.3 trojanhearts answers complaints as soon as possible but within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. If a complaint is a foreseeable longer processing time, Trojanhearts will within the period of 7 calendar days with a reply message confirming receipt and indicating when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer.

Article 8. Liability and Warranties
8.1 Images may differ from the delivered copy. No rights can be derived from.
8.2 There are no DVD media compatible with all devices. Trojanhearts can not take back the package when  the goods are not compatible with the equipment of the client. The client should always check first to make sure that the media are compatible with his equipment. Trojanhearts accepts no responsibility in this regard.

8.3 Trojanhearts excludes all liability for damages resulting from loss of data by the Trojanhearts ordered carriers stored. You are responsible to ensure that you back up your data, make and/or takes other measures to prefent the loss of data to occur

8.4 Trojanhearts excludes any liability arising from or related to any failure to fulfill an agreement, except liability for direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence of trojanhearts engaged third parties.
8.5 If, notwithstanding the preceding paragraphs, any liability of Trojanhearts are adopted, then the damage is limited to the net invoice value of goods delivered by trojanhearts.
8.6 The personal information (personal data) of the client is not sold or given to third parties. The personal client is safely stored in a non-public database of trojanhearts and used exclusively for the execution of the order and agreement.
